A. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Manufacturer direct items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

B. RETURN PROCESS

C. DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS

  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items—we will resolve the issue.

D. EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged, wrong-sized, wrong, or defective items.
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange.

E. FEES

  • No restocking fees for returns.

F. REFUNDS

  • We will notify you after inspecting your return and inform you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Allow time for bank processing.

G. DISCOUNT POLICY

  • Discounts must be applied at checkout.
  • No refunds for unused discounts.
